Steps to upload your image

There are two methods to completing an image build for a cloud service. One is performed within the Image Builder workflow during image creation.

  1. During the new image build process, select your cloud service provider as the target environment.
  2. Enter your credentials for the cloud service account.
    1. Microsoft Azure
    2. Google Cloud
    3. AWS
  3. Proceed through validation steps to register and connect the instances.
  4. (Optional) Configure your file system, add any additional packages, and name the image.

Once created, the image will be available in the associated cloud service specified. You can then sign in to your cloud account to launch the instance.

  1. For Microsoft Azure, follow the instructions to access your image and create a virtual machine (VM).
  2. For Google Cloud Services, follow the instructions to create a VM instance or copy the image to your project group
  3. For AWS, follow the instructions to access and launch your image.

Once finished, you will have a fully created instance on your cloud service provider of choice.
