Update: As of 10 PM ET, 5-19-20, this issue has been resolved.
Red Hat's quay.io container registry service is currently experiencing degraded performance and availability. The service degradation began at approximately 3 a.m. ET on May 19, 2020, and at the time of this writing, has not yet been restored to normal service levels. Users may experience a range of outcomes, including slow container access times and inability to retrieve containers. This issue is affecting several other Red Hat services, including OpenShift Cluster Manager.
Red Hat Site Reliability Engineering teams are working to restore both quay.io and the services that depend on it. Updates can be found through the regular channels, including the quay.io status page and the banner on quay.io itself. We will also keep this blog updated with relevant information.
