OpenShift Commons Briefing Summary

In this briefing, Red Hat's Siamak Sadeghianfar discussed modern application architecture and gave a full stack demo of building and running polyglot applications using containers, continuous delivery, JBoss middleware, Netflix OSS, Spring, OpenShift, CloudForms and other technologies.

Microservices are more than just building small services and with it comes operational and architecture challenges. Service integration, fault tolerance, independent development, deployment and scaling without disrupting production and operational monitoring are a few of challenges that need to get resolved for a successful journey into the modern application architecture.

This is the first in series that will focus on Modern Application Architecture use-cases.
