In Red Hat OpenShift 4.4, we wanted to make it even easier for our users to get the information they need most. This is why we’ve revamped some of our list views to provide the most relevant resource-specific data. Some of the columns we’ve added include Memory, CPU, and Created date. Read on to learn about the specific data we’ve added to our Pods, Projects, and Nodes list views!

The changes

On the Pods page, you’ll notice a handful of new columns have been added:

  • Ready shows how many of the pod’s containers are ready
  • Restarts displays how many times the pod has restarted
  • Owner links to the resource that the pod is owned by
  • Memory shows the memory utilization of the pod
  • CPU shows the CPU utilization of the pod
  • Created displays how long ago the pod was created

On the Projects page, we’ve added the following columns:

  • Display Name shows the project’s alternate name, if one was provided upon creation
  • Memory shows the memory utilization of the project
  • CPU shows the CPU utilization of the project
  • Created displays how long ago the project was created
